Unfortunately, at this time, there are certain types of items that cannot be returned, like supplements, vitamins, and personal care goods such as beauty products. However, there are exceptions to our policy.
EXCEPTIONS ON NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS: DAMAGES AND WRONG ORDERS
Immediately upon receiving your order, please check it and contact us immediately if the product is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it; the plastic shrink seal around the outside cap of the supplement bottle and the pressure foam seal inside the bottle should be unopened and intact. You will need to send the items back in their original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Contact us at email@example.com to start the return process. Please be prepared with your order number, product name, and quantity. We will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted or refunded.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
